The powder-coated steel frame sits low and stable on any flat surface, and the cast iron burners distribute heat evenly without hot spots. Each burner has its own valve for independent flame control, so you can simmer on one side while boiling hard on the other. At approximately 72 cm wide, there's room for large pots without crowding.
