Shipping policy

At TidyNest, we deliver across South Africa.

Delivery Rates (based on order value)

• Small / Individual Items (R0–R500) — R79.00
• Medium-Sized Products (R501–R1,000) — R120.00
• Large Items (R1,001+) — R199.00

Order Cutoff & Processing

• Order cutoff: 12:00 PM SAST, Monday–Friday
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over weekends are processed the next business day
• Processing time: 1–2 business days

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
• Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email

Damaged Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
