Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns in original, unused condition and packaging are accepted at no charge. Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
