Shipping & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery rates are based on order value:

  • Small/Individual Items (R0–R500): R79.00
  • Medium-Sized Products (R501–R1,000): R120.00
  • Large Items (R1,001+): R199.00

How long does delivery take?
Standard domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days depending on your location within South Africa. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes, we deliver across South Africa.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How do I initiate a return?
Email us at tidynest@tidynestsa.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options via PayFast, including:

  • Credit & Cheque Card
  • Instant EFT
  • Capitec Pay
  • SnapScan
  • Bank QR Code / Apps Scan to Pay
  • Debit Card

All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR).

Is it safe to shop on TidyNest?
Yes, our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through PayFast, a trusted South African payment gateway.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details shortly after placing your order.

Do you restock sold-out items?
