All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Order cutoff time is 12:00 PM SAST, Monday–Friday.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–5 business days
• Remote/rural areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order value:

• Small/individual items (R0–R500): R79.00
• Medium-sized products (R501–R1,000): R120.00
• Large items (R1,001+): R199.00
